Continue a short distance upstream from
Shelving Rock Brook South Tributary Falls #6 and you will
get to this 3-tiered drop.
The upper portion is a four
foot flume between two rocks. The stream then turns and
becomes a three foot slide into the final four foot drop. Shelving Rock Brook empties into Lake George. The water
from this then flows through La Chute into Lake Champlain.
The flow then goes north through Canada on the Richelieu River and
empties into the St. Lawrence River.
