On NY 12 just south of Barneveld, head east on NY 28.
In 0.8 you will approach the intersection with the Old
Poland Road/CR 56. Directly across is the
beginning of the Trenton Falls Road. About 0.8
mile down this road, take a right on the Dover Road.
Shortly after crossing the West Canada Creek take a
right on the Partridge Hill Road. The waterfall
will on your left.

 We have been made aware
of this waterfall by a local contributor. It is unnamed,
as is the stream it is on. We are referring to it as the
Prospect Hill Falls because of the road it is accessed from.
We believe that this is on private property which is not
really an issue, because the roadside gives you an unobstructed
view. As always, please observe the landowner's rights.
Also, we are estimating its height based on the fact that topo
maps show that it drops through 4 contour lines over about 1000'
of this stream.
In the data box we say that it will be on
the left after turning on the Partridge Hill Road. We
stress that is is immediately after the turn. It does set
back a fair distance from the road, so be looking for it.This
unnamed stream empties into the West Canada Creek only about
2000 feet, as the crow flies, from this location. This
flows to the Mohawk River, which in turn
flows into the Hudson before reaching the Atlantic Ocean.
