| One of hundreds, maybe thousands, of unnamed falls
in northern New York, we have dubbed this the Cayadutta Creek Falls
because of its location. Technically it is unnamed.
Although it is a very small drop, it is roadside accessible.
There are actually two parts to this waterfall. Above the
bridge, it is a slide of about six feet total and below the bridge
there is a more abrupt drop of five or six steps totally about ten
feet.
The upper video shows the upper drop and the lower
video is the lower drop.
It is our understanding that some locals may refer to
this as Berryville Falls. Although this community
really doesn't exist any more, older maps do note it on
the west side of the Cayadutta just south of this falls.
The Cayadutta Creek flows into the Mohawk River just downstream
from this location. The Mohawk joins the Hudson River which
flows into the Atlantic ocean in New York City.
