Mill Park Falls is
located in a pleasant little community park in the hamlet of
Lake Luzerne.
At the top of these falls is a small mill pond retained by what
appears to be a man-made structure, perhaps a dam at one time.
From that, there is a series of steps and slides before the main
drop next to an old structure, perhaps a former mill, on the other
side of the channel. Your best views of the falls from downstream
are actually from below that mill.
Lake Luzerne empties through this waterway into the Hudson River,
which flows into the Atlantic Ocean.
