Although these waterfalls can be seen from the road, it is difficult to get pictures.  There are a number of signs in the area indicating that there is no parking on the Shelving Rock Road.  Please note that the coordinates we have given are approximation.

Shelving Rock Brook empties into Lake George.  The water from this then flows through La Chute into Lake Champlain.  The flow then goes north through Canada on the Richelieu River and empties into the St. Lawrence River.
